Amsterdam, Paris, Frankfurt, 20 July 2023 - Tikehau Capital, the global alternative asset management group, announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in CReators of the Outside WorlD (“CROWD”, or “the Company”), a panEuropean leading provider of cycling infrastructure and sustainable street furniture, based in the Netherlands, with a strong presence in the DACH Region, from Convent Capital, an investment company based in Amsterdam. 

The range of high quality sensory play equipment from AMV Playgrounds can help to unlock potential in children of all ages and abilities by enabling the creation of a stimulating, inclusive and attractive outdoor environment.

In an exciting collaboration, AMV Playgrounds has partnered with City In the Community (CITC) to bring a brand-new multi-use games area sports pitch to Scotland Hall Road Park, in Newton Heath. The project aims to enhance the community's access to sports facilities and promote an active and healthy lifestyle for residents of all ages and abilities.

On Friday 19th May the Bailey Street Furniture Group will be walking for Charity. Our chosen charity is Trees for Cities which aims to improve air quality and the lives of people living in cities across the country. Trees for Cities have already planted over 1.5 million trees. Our aim is to raise £1,500 for Trees for Cities which could plant 250 trees!

Getting ready for Back to School in September can be challenging for schools at the best of times.
